Smith Mountain Lake Retirement Village Cottages
Resting on 25 acres, the Smith Mountain Lake Retirement Village is designed with plenty of room to meet the demands of anticipated residential growth and building expansion. The village will include 14 individual 2-bedroom privately-owned cottages for independent living and a 60 bed assisted living facility with 20 additional beds for residents with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia.
Cottage owners also have the option of contracting out services such as maintenance, meal plans & housekeeping, along with medical oversight & medication management.
